Jatendra Hutabarat, S.H., together with John Pattiwael, S.H., and Jhony Mazmur W. Manurung, SH. are Partners and founders of Jatendra Hutabarat Lawyers (Attorneys) (2016). During his final year at the Faculty of Law, Maranatha Christian University, he actively worked as a Legal Advisor at the Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institute (2014). With extensive experience in handling various criminal cases, he also gained experience as a Junior Assistant at a leading law firm, where he handled various major cases such as corporate dispute resolutions (PT. Pahala Kencana, PT. Nusantara Transindo, etc.) (2016-2017). He completed his professional legal training and has been registered as an attorney with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2016.
Jhony Mazmur William Manurung, S.H., together with Jatendra Hutabarat, SH., and John Pattiwael, S.H., are Partners and founders of Jatendra Hutabarat Lawyers (Attorneys at Law) (2017). During his final year at the Faculty of Law, Padjajaran University, he actively worked as a Public Legal Advisor at the Bandung District Court Legal Aid Center (2009) until joining the Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institute in 2012 and completing his term as Head of the General-Criminal Division in 2017. With extensive experience in handling various criminal cases, he also gained experience as a Junior Assistant at a leading law firm, where he handled various major cases such as corporate dispute resolutions (PT. Pahala Kencana, PT. Nusantara Transindo, etc.) (2016-2017).
He completed a professional course in advocacy and has been registered as an advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2014. In 2017, he took a special course in Curatorship and Trusteeship and is registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as a Curator and Trustee of the Indonesian Curators & Trustees Association (HKPI).
John Pattiwael, S.H., together with Jatendra Hutabarat and Jhony Mazmur William Manurung, S.H. is the Managing Partner and one of the founders of Jatendra Hutabarat Lawyers (Attorneys at Law) (September 2017). Throughout his career as a lawyer, John has practiced litigation since 2005 as a public defender at Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institution and being trusted as the Director since 2009 until he completed his appointment in 2017. He also gained extensive experience as Senior Associate in a reputable Law Firm (2008-2017). In pursuing his dedication to human rights & juvenile justice, he has been entrusted to represent Republic of Indonesia as speaker on International forums: 8th Australia Community Support Organization (ACSO) International Criminal Justice Conference (Melbourne 2015), 3rd Peace & Conflict Resolution Conference (Bangkok 2016) and Side event on the 34th Session of the UN Human Rights Council (Geneva 2017).
His writings has also been incorporated in the publication: “Promoting Restorative Justice for Children” (pg. 25, box. 15) reported to the UN General Assembly Meeting in New York (2013) by the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations on Violence against Children.
Immanuel Torez Pattiwael, S.H., is Advocate member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2015 and a Certified Mediator from the Indonesian Institute for Conflict Transformation that has been accredited by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. He began his career at Rikin & Rekan Intellectual Property Consultant in 2010 and resumed his career path as public defender at Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institution in the same year until he completed his appointment as Vice Director of Civil, Labor, and Administrative Law Division in 2017.
From 2016-2017 he gained experience as Junior Associate in a reputable Law Firm. He focused himself on Labor/Industrial Relation cases, land dispute cases, and general civil cases.
Yodi Prihandoko, S.H., a recent law graduate from the prestigious Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta. He began his career at Jatendra Hutabarat Lawyers as a Paralegal in 2024. He possesses strong enthusiasm and high discipline in carrying out every task assigned to him while working at Jatendra Hutabarat Lawyers. He has been actively involved in handling cases at Jatendra Hutabarat Lawyers. He is currently pursuing the PERADI Advocate Professional Education Program in 2025.
